2. Scope of Services

2.1. MedQualify provides educational coaching and advisory services for medical school applicants.

2.2. Our Services are advisory, educational, and preparatory in nature only.

2.3. The Services do not constitute professional legal, medical, or official admissions authority advice.

2.4. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with UCAS, the NHS, or any university admissions body. Admissions decisions are made solely by universities and external bodies.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

3.1. MedQualify any specific outcome resulting from the use of our Services.

3.2. We do not guarantee interview offers, medical school offers, specific grades, or exam scores.

3.3. You acknowledge that admissions outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond MedQualify’s control, including but not limited to university selection criteria, competition levels, and your individual academic performance.

4. Eligibility and Use of Services

4.1. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

4.2. Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions of minors under their care when using our Services.

4.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.

5. Booking, Scheduling, and Session Delivery

5.1. Sessions must be booked in advance via our designated scheduling platform.

5.2. Sessions are delivered strictly at the scheduled times.

5.3. Late arrivals by the User may result in reduced Session time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate lateness, but Sessions will generally conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

5.4. Non-attendance does not entitle Users to a refund or additional time.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1. All fees are stated on the Website or agreed upon in writing prior to payment.

6.2. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). MedQualify does not store full credit card details.

6.3. Access to paid Services is granted only upon confirmation of full payment.

6.4. The User is responsible for any applicable taxes and transaction fees.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1. Once a Session has been delivered, it is strictly non-refundable.

7.2. Packages are non-refundable once the first Session within the package has been delivered.

7.3. Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction where Services have been delivered as described.

7.4. All refund requests are subject to review, and decisions remain at MedQualify’s sole discretion where permitted by law.

8. Academic Integrity and User Conduct

8.1. MedQualify does not write personal statements, essays, or applications for students.

8.2. Our Services are limited to feedback, coaching, editing guidance, and strategic support.

8.3. Users are responsible for ensuring their work is original and complies with academic integrity policies.

8.4. MedQualify reserves the right to terminate Services immediately, without refund, in the event of abusive, dishonest, or inappropriate conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All materials, frameworks, and content provided by MedQualify remain our exclusive intellectual property.

9.2. Users are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.

9.3. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Website Use and Restrictions

15. Assignment and Transfer
